Privacy Policy
This notice concerns the collection and processing of personal data through the VoltMarket expression of interest form. VoltMarket is a property of ENERGYS and ENERGYS is the exclusive operator and manager of the requests.
1. Data controller
The data controller for requests submitted through VoltMarket is ENERGYS. VoltMarket does not operate as an independent company, but as a digital ENERGYS platform for information, comparison and expression of interest.
2. What data are collected
Through the form, the following may be collected:
- Full name
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- Type of interest
- Request type
- Consumption details completed by the user
3. Purpose of processing
The above details are used exclusively for:
- recording and managing interest,
- communication by ENERGYS with the interested party,
- evaluation of the request in relation to electricity or natural gas,
- provision of information and commercial support by ENERGYS.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on the user’s consent, which is provided through the active acceptance of the relevant checkbox before the form is submitted.
5. Method of management
The details are sent electronically to ENERGYS by email for internal management of the request. They are not used for unrelated purposes or for unauthorized commercial promotion.
6. Retention period
The details are retained only for the period required for the evaluation and management of the request or for as long as required by applicable legislation and the reasonable operational needs of ENERGYS.
7. User rights
The user may request, in accordance with applicable legislation:
- access to their data,
- correction or updating,
- deletion where permitted,
- restriction of processing,
- withdrawal of their consent for future processing.
